Verónica Castro is a lawyer and notary with over a decade of experience in both the public and private sectors, specializing in tax law, municipal law, administrative law, public procurement, and notarial services.

 

A highlight of her career is her work at the Municipality of Nicoya, where she held legal and administrative roles in the Technical Unit of Road Management and the Municipal Supply Department, gaining extensive knowledge in the application of the Public Roads Act, Law No. 8114, its regulations, and public procurement.

Additionally, she served as the Lawyer for the Financial-Tax Directorate of the Municipality, specializing in judicial collection, administrative procedures, and tax law.

 

Since 2022, she has worked in the private sector, providing comprehensive legal advice in areas such as municipal law, administrative litigation, tax law, and notarial services, offering clear and strategic legal solutions tailored to her clients' needs.
